At PCOS Sakhi, we strive to provide a supportive and valuable wellness experience. Below is our refund and cancellation approach.
Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Refunds
Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Eligibility is reviewed based on program usage, access to paid features, consumption of services, and participation in support systems. Refunds may not be provided if a substantial portion of the program has already been accessed or utilized.
Special Circumstances
Requests related to technical issues, duplicate payments, or exceptional circumstances are reviewed individually by the PCOS Sakhi team.
Processing Time
Approved refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in the original payment method depending on the payment provider.
